Scientific research work
Tailun Insulator relies on the long-term investment of State Grid enterprise construction and always gives priority in research funding. In the process of product development, research funding maintains to 4%～5% of the sales revenue. It guarantees not only the funding requirements of the conventional product development; it also gives independent financial support to key research projects. Meanwhile, the national, provincial, municipal and district governments’ project funding are all used for research funding.
Indigenous innovation achieved great success:
1. Tailun Insulator has a product R & D team with core of Technical Director, and it has achieved a good result in the past one year, and has laid the foundation for further R & D work.
2. Tailun Insulator has R & D site of a total of 3,000 square meters, respectively located at the testing center of the assembly workshop and the first and third floor of the office building.
3. Tailun Insulator is honored as the high-tech enterprise, the glass insulator Engineering Research Center is regarded as the provincial engineering technology research center, the company's product development has received the strong support from science and technology sector of the city and district.
4. The R&D of product also have collaborations Donghua university institute of materials, Wuhan University of Technology, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, Wuhan High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute etc.
