Assembly-vibration assembly machine
It uses the three-jaw positioning mechanism vibration assembly machine and is supplemented by steel pin positioning tooling, to ensure the concentricity of the insulator accessories. Assembled Insulator will be maintained in 60 �ז -70 �ז hot water tub. According to process requirements after maintenance completed, 50% of the tensile load experiment will be made one by one and automatically check the insulator structure strength.
