Technology appraisal meeting was held by The China Electricity Council in January 2011
The China Electricity Council organized and held a technology appraisal meeting for our products in Beijing on January 29, 2011, they appraised the total of 14 toughened cap and pin type insulators of AC type products which include standard type :U70BL, U100BL, U120B, U160BM, U210B, U240B, U300B and fog type: U70BLP、U100BLP、U120BP、U160BMP、U210BP、U240BP、U300BP, and the expert opinion are as follows:
1. The documents which submit for appraisal are completely, correctly, unified; they can meet the requirements of the technical appraisal and guide the production;
2. The products have been tested by National insulator arrester inspection center and Electric power equipment and instrument power industry quality inspection test center. The results show that all the products can meet the standard of GB/T1001.1-2003 and DL/T812-2002, and the results of approval test and spot inspection are both qualified.
3. It is the first time in domestic to use efficient, energy saving, environmentally friendly all electric melting furnace, the five-stage average temperature furnace, retractable wind gate steel technology and step automatic transmission technology for the production of glass products. Product design is reasonable, electrical properties are good.
4. The company has advanced production equipment, full sort of inspection methods. It can meet the requirement of batch production.
5. The company has passed GB/T19001-2008idtISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification and GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certification.
Appraisal committee believes that the comprehensive technical performance of above products can reach the international advanced level, and they agree that the products passed technology appraisal and can put into production and in operation.
