Design
Prescription Design: Bring in and absorb overseas mature glass insulator formulations, use “Neutral Effect” and “Depressive Effect ”of alkali metal ions to make the formulations to achieve the best.
Glass insulator part design: The head design is the shape of cylinder and the surface is the shape of ring thread, it focused on avoiding stress concentration in the designing process of glass insulator part. The umbrella shape is designed to accommodate the requirements of the various conditions.
Metal accessories design: The cap of the insulator uses malleable cast-iron if the voltage is below 160KN and the cap of the insulator uses ball cap cast iron if the voltage is above 160KN. The surface of the cap can use galvanized anti-corrosion; and the Zinc layer thickness can meet the requirements of the service life of insulator.
Component intensity distribution design:
It is to control the average strength and the disperse strength of the steel pin by more mature and achieve easily achievable technology for heating processing, in order to achieve the purpose of controlling the mechanical strength range of the glass insulator.
